Four routes to the summit

Every route has its own character. Tell us your fitness and timeframe and we'll match you to the perfect climb.

Most scenic

Machame Route

6–7 days

The "Whiskey" route — stunning scenery and great acclimatisation. Our most popular choice.

Hut sleeping

Marangu Route

5–6 days

The classic "Coca-Cola" route with dormitory huts instead of tents.

Highest success

Lemosho Route

7–8 days

Longer, quieter and the best acclimatisation profile for a strong summit chance.

Remote & dry

Rongai Route

6–7 days

Approaches from the north — ideal in the rainy season and less crowded.
